In 2022 I was hired, first as a product writer and then as an interim (contract) Editorial Director. At the time Dia & Co was going through changes to their subscription offerings. I led a team of three other writers and together we introduced new seasonal style boxes, created tiered offerings and brushed up their SEO through blog articles and wordclouds.

Daily Site Refreshes
As with any retail space, our team was required to write site refreshes based on the merch and marketing teams’ needs. They would request copy based on current trends and our copy team wrote headlines and content as needed.

As their Editorial Director I worked with our lead creative and marketing strategist, Karen Schnelwar, to drive sales through compelling messaging. From marketing their new seasonal box offerings to transforming their subscription messaging, we reinforced the idea that the customer would have even more ways to be styled or simply shop for themselves.
